Home is located with beach view and access, a very well stocked and convenient store next door, and lively restaurants within walking distance. Property slept 12 easily, kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs, and beach towels are provided which was great! Check in instructions were easy to follow.

Was a lovely property. One of the 2 elevators on the property was broken half the time and needs to be repaired. And no bedding was provided for one of the beds. It is a lovely spot and very convenient. Overall worked well for our needs.

Great location, great condo, and very comfortable with close proximity to the beach. The actual condo building had some issues with elevators not working. One elevator was only available for the entire community however both elevators were down for a short time as well, which made rival and departure difficult.

Positive: What I liked most about this property was the beautiful decor and the location. The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, which made it feel welcoming and relaxing. The neighborhood was also very nice and convenient, making it an enjoyable place to stay overall. Negative: While the home itself was very nice, there were a few issues that affected our stay. We arrived in a 15-passenger van, and the parking garage clearance was too low for our vehicle. I contacted the booking representative for assistance and was told someone would get back to me, but I never received a response. After spending about an hour and a half trying to figure out parking on my own, I eventually squeezed into a space for the night. On checkout day, I also found it unprofessional that the cleaning person was standing directly outside the front door before the 10:00 a.m. checkout time. I had started carrying our belongings to the van around 9:30 a.m. so we could be completely out by 10:00, and it felt uncomfortable knowing someone was waiting outside while we were still within our reserved checkout window. Respecting guests' privacy until the official checkout time would make for a much better experience.
