Oceanfront Beach Condo, Pool, Gym, Fishing Surfing

This is an end unit with balconies on the ocean side and the inlet side and windows onthe3 rd. Side to the south. Quiet road and quiet beach as it is at south end of the boardwalk. And a very nice kids playground nearby. I’ll rent it again next time.

I like that it had excellent balconies (both a sunrise one and a sunset one) with very sturdy seating. There also was a nice assortment of beach chairs, boards ,umbrella and toys for our use. The leather sofa and love seat were very comfortable & both reclined which was very nice. There were 7 or 8 ice trays in the freezer that allowed us to constantly make ice which was fantastic. We had a problem with the tv that support was very helpful in getting the tv working, but we never figured out how to watch regular tv stations. The queen bed mattress was horrible for 2 adults to sleep in and my son in law had to sleep on the sofa. Another bed was sandy. The pool was a hot indoor pool with handicap steps and railing. Lastly, with a check in time of 4 PM and a check out time of 10 AM, there is no reason that we could be able to use the pool and bathroom facilities in the lobby for a couple hours after leaving the room. To blame it on being high demand in season is completely not acceptable. Thank you for a very nice stay, we had a great time and it served as a very nice, relaxing vacation for us.

Incredible views, great communication with the host and very clean. All three bedrooms are comfortable and large.
