Oceanfront Beach Condo, Pool, Gym, Fishing Surfing

We had an excellent stay! The location was perfect—right on the waterfront with just a few steps to the beach and boardwalk. The unit was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the rooms gave us plenty of space to relax. The AC was a huge plus, especially with the hot, humid beach weather. Our host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely come back!

The condo had nice appliances and furniture with space. How ever the price was to high for what we had to go through. Positive: On the beach. Close proximity to shops. Negative: Unfortunately the condo/ apartment we stayed in smelled of the strongest CBD marijuana, we were killing flies instead of unpacking. Also, the cleaning crew left pizza boxes full of pizza in the pantry. The Keurig coffee maker had no filter.

Pros-host is extremely responsive, helpful and friendly! Had a few small issues and they were right on top of getting things resolved! View is AMAZING-saw dolphins every day! While the building is older the unit has been updated. Nice double oven, skillets and silverware. Master bath has fantastic storage! Nice TVs in both bedrooms and living room.Cons-no elevator attached to parking garage so loading and unloading can be tricky. Parking garage ceilings are pretty low. No washer/dryer in the unit-but pay one in a room down the hall. Master bed not comfortable at all. Pillows were nice but mattress was hard. Not huge deal to some but no full length mirror so we just bought a cheap one from target and took home with us. Also just FYI-be sure to bring own cards, puzzles, board games for the rainy days. Bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas too!

Nice location. Clean.NOTE: Parking deck does not fit large trucks (6'-3" max)The HVAC was not working in the master bedroom. Not that big of a deal at the time. The weather was mild.Would defiantly go back again!
