New / Oceanfront Beach Condo, Pool, Gym, Fishing

This condo was exactly as described. It is located on the third floor and is a corner unit. There was plenty of seating in the living room for our family, which included 6 adults and 2 teens. The kitchen was fully stocked with all you need to cook meals, and the Keurig coffee/tea maker was a definite plus. Plenty of seating on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We were provided with 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person and hand towels for the kitchen. A shared washer and dryer are located near the elevator and are easy to use via coins or a pay by app. We communicated with the property manager a few times and they were always very quick to respond. We found the boardwalk very clean with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Our first visit to Virginia Beach was very memorable, and we highly recommend this condo unit. A bit of advice: parking is a premium at the building, with only one space per unit. We had to park our second vehicle at the 9th Street Garage a few blocks away using City of Virginia Beach online permit portal (vabeachpermits.rmcpay.com) to obtain a weekly parking permit. At the time of our visit it was 75 for 1 week, which is less expensive than the HONK parking app rate at the garage of 25 per day.
