As a returning "renter" of 38 years, this was the first time the property was managed by Vrbo, rather than the Unit Management Team directly. The unit, as always, was beautiful, well maintained, and had nice updates. The text communication was a bit challenging at times, and not having new linens and towels provided weekly (we were a multiple week renter) was disappointing. The use of YouTubeTV also proved to be challenging as we continuously got errors that the devices using the account had exceeded the limit, requiring additional actions to navigate this and resume TV access. The cost had substantially increased through using Vrbo/Sandbridge Stays as well, which almost resulted in us not renting at all.

Nice property. Only problem was accessing tv remotes. Some did not work. Instructions in how to use ROKU system would help.
