New / Oceanfront Beach Condo, Pool, Gym, Fishing

The room was very clean. The host was very easy to get in touch with. We were able to see the fireworks from our balcony.

Nice condo. Beds were comfy and clean. Great views!! Every room had a view and the balconies were good sized. The beach access was amazing.The issues I had, no fault of owner, but the pool was soooo gross we could not even use it. People were in it, but the smell was awful and very cloudy.. we were unable to even see the 1st step.Other main issue was only 1 elevator for 14 floors!! (One was broken) we had 2 little kids and had to wait over 30 mins several occasions, as well as take the 8 flights of stairs..BRING JUGS OR BOTTLED WATER (tap is not drinkable, taste wise). They supply 8 towels and 8 washcloths, laundry is 2.00 to wash and 2.00 to dry. We just brought extra towels and hang dried.

Property is way run down and dirty. They have a cockroach infestation. Toilet doesn’t flush in master. Tv in living room and second bedroom don’t work. Couch needs to be replaced it’s in very bad condition. Bedding does not go to beds so very uncomfortable to sleep in master. with cups had
