Very clean property and process. Ocean view was amazing! Great communication!

We stayed in this unit for a few days. The unit had a unique smell when we walked in the main room, essentially from the kitchen. We had to leave the balcony door open for most of the time to tolerate. We spent a great deal of time on the beach, so not in the unit. The host sent his maintenance group the next day to clean additionally and spray, but the smell didn’t never go away. The host was really responsive to our concerns and our texts. We were never offered another unit/property or refund. It did feel they are trying to get as much cash flow from this property as they can. I would highly recommend asking if they have neutralized the environment.

Nice Apartment with great views. Nicely maintained unit and well stocked with all basic necessities. Parking is on top floor of parking lot (open to sky). Host - Ryan is very easy to reach and clear in communication. Definetly would stay in future.
