We have been at this property’s location in the past and loved it. This time we decided to spend more money and rent an ocean front condo. We arrived after 4 pm on a Sunday and the condo on 1st glance appeared to be as described. When I went into the kitchen to prepare dinner, the plates in the cupboard were dripping with water and many still had food on them as did the bowls. The silverware drawer was wet and upon opening the dishwasher, there were chunks of food in the bottom of this appliance. We did not bring paper plates, so I hand washed the dishes we needed to have for dinner that evening. There was a large bowl of water under the sink, so we were concerned there was a leak.In one of the bathrooms it appeared a new shower curtain had been quickly hung up and it was not properly installed. There was also urine on the floor around the toilet. The bedspread was ripped in the master bedroom and both patios needed to be cleaned because the furniture, walls and the sliding doors were covered with spiders and webs.The TV’s did not work properly because the previous renter apparently had not followed the instructions, so we were unable to log in. The linen from the previous renter was next to the front door our entire stay. The laundry service did not pick it up during the time we were there.Sandbridge Stays was notified of our concerns and offered to send someone over to clean, fix the TV and noted the leak was fixed.
